What to expect next
If you purchased by the 15th, your first card mails this month. If you purchased after the 15th, you’ll receive next months card. Regardless, you’re on the list and I can’t wait for you to receive your first card!
Also, there will be a return address on the envelope. It’s a real mailbox that I can receive mail to so if you want to write to me, I would LOVE to receive your letter too.

Why I created this
8 years into running my business, I realized something uncomfortable: I had built a life full of work I loved and I had completely forgotten how to stop. Not in a dramatic way but in the quiet way where rest became something I had to earn first, and the list never quite ended, so I never quite got there.
I went looking for something that would show up for me, not for my inbox, not for my to-do list. Something just for me. I couldn’t find it.
So I made it.
The Pause Post exists for the woman who handles things. Who is capable and driven and good at what she does and who rarely gets a moment that’s just hers. Every month, something arrives that says: I see what you carry.
