Common Questions

Sign up by the 15th of the month and you’ll receive that month’s letter. The letters are mailed between the 16th and 19th and will arrive within a few days after being shipped. After that, a new letter arrives each month. If you sign up after 11:59 Central on the 15th, you’ll receive the following months letter.

We are currently only mailing within the United States. However, if there is enough interest internationally, we will open this up. The price would be slightly higher to accommodate for additional postage. Use this link to sign up on the international waitlist. This doesn’t commit you to anything.

From there, click “Subscriptions” and cancel. As long as you cancel before your next payment processes, you will not be charged. Please note that no refunds will be processed.
